By downloading or using DormaPulse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

What DormaPulse is

DormaPulse is a sleep wellness support tool that plays rest-oriented audio waves and related features (such as alarms and check-ins). It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or sleep disorder. Individual results vary.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store where you obtained it.

Subscriptions & purchases

Optional weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions, and a lifetime unlock, may be offered via the app store.
Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms.
Free usage may include a trial period and limited access afterward, as described in the App.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or interfere with its normal operation.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
